It looked like she was the only server and bar tender. Not overly friendly, but professional and polite all the way.
The server checked on me as I finished my plate, cleared it away, asked if I liked the food, offered “anything else”, politely left my tab - her timing and demeanor were spot on. My food was fantastic - watching my figure so the generous portions of spinach in the enchiladas are appreciated - 2-thumbs up! Patron Margarita with Grand Marnier, 2-enchiladas a la carte, home made salsa, and a bowl of chips as big as Texas = $15.13, reasonable for the quality, I will be back. It’s not overly crowded, but enough of a lunch crowd you feel that “Friday Vibe”. The vibe is “pop-Latino” - music is in Spanish, but pop-style made me feel like dancing. Server asked if I liked my drink, it was perfect, and my food came within 5-minutes (if even) of placing my order. I sat down, watched my margarita being made, ordered 2-spinach pepper jack enchiladas - chips came moments after the margarita. I walked in, asked if I could be served at the bar, and was taken care of immediately. If you are looking for Hot Food Fast, you’ve found it. Casual Cuisine, what a great place for a TGIF Margarita! If you are looking for “fine dining” in a suit, you’ve come to the wrong place.
